Pacific Contracting Ltd. led the full-site development of the Hewlett Park Convenience Center, a prominent commercial plaza strategically located in Sylvan Lake, Alberta. The 3-acre project was delivered as a turnkey commercial development, integrating fuel service, fast food, and multi-tenant retail.

Completed in 2011, this mixed-use site quickly became a key commercial hub for the growing community. With a diverse lineup of anchor and secondary tenants, the center was developed to optimize site functionality, visual appeal, and traffic flow.
